Stopped here on a whim after visiting Shoshone Falls—needed lunch for the roadtrip home. Oh my gosh! We ordered three crispy tacos, chicken taquitos, and the chilaquiles torta. Staff were so kind & food was excellent. Whenever we’re back in Twin Falls, we will hurry back to El Maguey!

Just back from 6 months in Arizona. El Maguey is hands down better than anything we had in Az. It is also the best in the Twin Falls area. Prices are good. Food is fresh and great. Highly recommend.

We love El Maguey! We come here often! My husband will run into one of the guys out and about and he knows him! I love when Maggie takes our order. She is always above and beyond! She will bring $$ change and the food to the car on cold days! She’ll let you change your order when you’re being indecisive and not make you feel bad about it and the food is 10/10! Some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in Idaho. We love El Maguey. Worth the drive to Kimberly for GOOD Mexican food!!!
