We went just to try the spam musubi but unfortunately they were sold out. Tried the brisket sandwich and I’m glad we did. Soooo delicious and huge portions!

Mike and his team are amazing! The food was delicious, fresh, and the serving sizes fed my army of a family with leftovers to spare. Check out Karnak express food truck and you will not be disappointed. Grateful to have you in Cascade.

Quick service, delicious food, lots of Hawaiian food options. Eating area shaded and plenty of sitting. They have corn hole and nerf axe throwing area as well. Will come back

Wow, this was so good. And so fast. I got the 2 entree plate, grilled chicken a pork. It was seriously so amazing. Everything is slow cooked and ready to go, so by the end of payment, I was back in the truck headed to the trails.
