From the infamous creator of WalTea, comes the Humble food truck. Currently serving delicious sandwiches and I have tried 3. All were superb. The photos below are the Monty Crispo, Roast Beast, Cuban and the Pretzel Bites with Sausage. Congrats on the successful opening of the Humble food truck! I look forward to all of the delicious types of food you will create!!! Update: I've added a picture of the roast beef sandwich and the Cuban. Both were spectacular. The roast beef sandwich was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. From the bread to all the ingredients, it was Top Notch. The horseradish sauce is homemade and they grill the sauerkraut. And of course, Walter's secret aioli sauce. I couldn't believe what I was eating, it was so good. The bread is from a local Baker and is outstanding. 2nd update: They started serving arugula salads as a side dish choice, besides chips. Fantastic!

A true local gem. Currently located at Powderhaus Brewery in garden city it is absolutely worth the trip. Try anything on the menu you will not be disappointed! Come by, grab a beer, grab some food, your day will be made!

Got the Cubano and my brother in law got the Philly Cheese. Both were dank, service was awesome. Highly recommend.

We ordered The Monte Crispo sandwich and it was amazing. Came with a sauce that was personaly made by the chef from the food truck. Simply amazing! (Ask for a sauce to go. Its worth it!) Also The Cubano has a great hot to it that was complimented by another house sauce as well. What a great combo! Have a fantastic beer at Powderhaus with great food! Highly recommend! (We were able take our small dog inside as well.) ❤️
