Costs and wages and still make enough of a How ? Why ? When? Where?…, I have had great food truck service and food, but is it condo? Is it regular?, is it consistent…?!? They need to make a profit, pay their expenses and hopefully help the local economy grow and thrive. A food truck venue, a “music in the park”, or… a theatre in the park” a “food and fun” venue as a local venue’”” would be great and be beneficial to local brick and mortar locations or what people could solidate and bring to the table. …… let’s work to build the local economy, local small businesses, local entrepreneurs, local wealth, and the ability to REMOVE the shame many people can’t work past and try to expand and grow our neighbors and communities and make any and all markets to grow. It doesn’t mater if it is green beans, melons and potatoes, or if it is for helping to buy, sell, distribute, pass on , or just be a part of what you, your family, your community, or your friends need your help.
