This food truck was amazing! After trying a sample of the chicken, I ordered a bowl! The veggies were fresh, and delicious. The sauces and veggies are free, so you can always go up to get more. The meal was light and fresh. I would recommend this truck to anyone visiting Magnolia.

An excellent choice at The Silos, solid food with people who give the best service, food truck or otherwise. Trash Can is an easy choice, and Cilabtro Lime sauce makes it all taste yummy. If your not sure. Try it out. Not too heavy, and many variations. Would recommend for anyone who likes Asian flavored cuisine!

I can definitely see why this is a popular food truck l at the Magnolia Market. The line was longer than any other vendor. We got the trashcan rice bowl with chicken bugolgi and tofu as the proteins. The siracha ranch and cilantro lime sauce paired very well with the food. Great good, great portion, and fair price.

We were visiting the Silos for the first time and walking around the food trucks trying to decide what to get, when we were offered a sample of their chicken. That is all it took to get us hooked! It was fresh, delicious, and very customizable. I am still thinking about their cilantro lime sauce! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back to visit again.

The owner was extremely pleasant and friendly. He handed out his chicken and pork samples. The food was excellent. They had two sizes to pick from. Even offered extra sauce if you needed it. It’s rated the #2 truck in Waco and for a good reason.
