Amazing brisket with mac&cheese sandwich! I also get an extra side of mac&cheese because it is soo delicious! The blueberry lemonade is also soooo good! Love coming here. One of the best places in Midland.

Tried this food truck for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last time. Had a tough time trying to decide what to try because there are many delicious sounding products to choose from. I went with the cheesesteak option and was really impressed with the flavor and quality. The fries was delicious and the strawberry lemonade is first class. Keep up the great work.

The Monte Cristo sandwich is awesome. There was a bar and grill in Alaska I used to order these from and they were amazing. Unfortunately I haven't found anyone anywhere close that even serves them. Now I have and they are even better than I remember. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu.
