Tried this Asian-American food truck and I’m still thinking about it 😩 The short rib was so tender it basically melted the second you bit into it, and the ribs were just… ridiculous. Perfect flavor, super juicy, and falling right off the bone. The fried rice might’ve been my favorite though! They put a fried egg on top and somehow cooked it perfectly. That yolk mixed in with the rice was unreal. And then the chicken tacos?? I didn’t expect them to be that good, but they were honestly just as amazing as everything else. Fresh, flavorful, and gone way too fast. I don’t say this often, but literally everything we tried was a 10/10. If you see this truck, just pull over and get it. Trust me. They are at Hilltop truck park usually as well

I ordered the Sticky Chicken and it was delicious! It was so good, that when my wife tried it, she packed up the food she bought from a different place and got herself an order of it. 10/10 would recommend. Sauces were perfect, juicy chicken, super good.

The food here is exceptional! As someone with celiac disease, I love that everything on the menu is 100% gluten free so I don't have to worry about getting sick. The loaded fries were to die for!🤤 Exceptional customer service as well. I'd highly recommend coming here!

You guys are going to be obsessed to this place!! 100% gluten free but my mom who isn’t gluten free also LOVED it!! The tacos are amazing, the fried rice is amazing, everything is perfection!! I didn’t even last a week before I had to go back again!!! The owners are so sweet and I truly just love everything about CHOW!!

WOW!!! First time trying this food truck and let me tell you, not only is the food absolutely fabulous but so are the owners!!! So kind, so generous and just great service all around!!! If you are GLUTEN FREE or even if you’re not you absolutely have got to get this food in your belly, you will love all the amazing flavors and combinations!!! Definitely a 20/10 for the food and service!!!! Yes I ate too fast before I got a pic it was soooo delicious!!!
