We ordered alcapurrias, sorullos, tostones with carne frita, and mofongo with carne frita. The alcapurrias were fresh and pretty good. It was definitely one of the better items we tried. The sorullos were okay as well. The carne frita was inconsistent between dishes. The meat on the mofongo plate tasted old and reheated, while the meat served with the tostones seemed fresher and had a better crunch to it. The mofongo itself was okay. I understand that food truck meals may not taste exactly like homemade food, but I’ve definitely had better. The fries were unfortunately a big disappointment. They were soggy, undercooked, and honestly couldn’t be eaten. Also, we specifically requested no onions on one of the plates, but it still came with onions. Attention to detail is important, especially when customers make specific requests. Overall, there were a few good items, but consistency and paying closer attention to orders would make a big difference.

A Cultural Love Affair on Four Wheels I don’t just go to this food truck, I return to it. Every single time! As a Dominican, I thought I knew Caribbean food. I thought I understood the language of sofrito, of slow-cooked meat, of food made with intention. But this truck? This truck taught me there’s still so much to discover. They put plates in front of me I’d never tried before, and somehow every single one felt like home. The food is unreal. Perfectly seasoned, made with care you can actually taste, the kind of cooking that makes you close your eyes for a second after the first bite. But what truly sets this place apart is the people behind the window. They don’t just take your order they welcome you. Every visit feels like catching up with family you didn’t know have. The type of staff that remembers what you like and still dares you to try something new. This isn’t just a food truck. It’s a cultural experience, a community, and honestly? It’s one of my favorite places on earth. Puerto Rican cuisine at its finest, served with a heart that’s even bigger than the portions. Go. Just go. And bring everyone you love. 🇵🇷

This is the 4th time I’ve given this place a try, and I’ll be completely honest — the food has been very underwhelming every time. I ordered the pork with mofongo, and the pork definitely did not taste fresh. The meat tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for days, and honestly seemed close to spoiling. I’m especially disappointed because this is one of the very few Puerto Rican food trucks in the area, and I really wanted to support it. Unfortunately, the quality just doesn’t match the prices. As someone who is Puerto Rican and grew up with this food, I know how flavorful and fresh these dishes should taste. Sadly, this experience missed the mark for me.

So good! Their service was kind, patient and very helpful. Everyone was so nice! I like that they're open from 2-10pm. Those are good hours 😊 The food is delicious and affordable. Today was a beautiful day to eat outside. Shaded seating. We didn't wait very long for this authentic, flavorful food! I cannot wait to come back!
