HIDDEN GEM!!! I swung by here on a whim and it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Truth, PitRoom, Roegels, and more in Houston. Flavors are off the charts, meats are so well smoked and just fall apart. The Mac and cheese and potato salad and pinto beans are AMAZING! It’s such a cool little spot too, several other food trucks nearby same parking lot. This place needs a lot more attention bc they are doing it RIGHT!! This place is better than places I’ve waited an hour for no doubt. They’ve also got a ton of cool BBQ entrees like brisket quesadillas or fried burritos. I just ordered meat by the pound!!

The two men running the truck today were very nice and accommodating. They allowed me to sample a few sides which I ended up purchasing :) all three sides (slaw, potato salad, and beans) were great! I wish the BBQ sauce was a little on the sweeter side (but that is a personal preference) the sausage sandwich would have been better if the sausage was charred a bit. We couldn’t place the kind of wood the brisket was smoked in and almost had a slight taste of maybe liquid smoke had been added. It was tender and not dry but to be fair it was chopped brisket. We will try a brisket plate next time. The patty melt was okay. The bread, sauce, onions and cheese were wonderful! The patty was too dense. Almost like it was a frozen patty. I’m not sure but I would get this again if the patty was made fresh. Banana pudding was really good and a great sweet treat to end our meal. They are priced right and portions are good. I love supporting local and we will definitely give this place another try. I pass it on my way home daily and I love seeing the blow up chicken lol!

OMG!!! If you and your family need someplace to eat you might not have tried….or want a place you remember you Loved? Do yourself a favor and hit up this BBQ Truck!!! The Brisket and Pork were so good and the Potato Salad and Cole Slaw were equally tasty!!! We ordered the 2 meat plate, jalapeno poppers and a Brisket Burrito. The Burrito was GONE before I realized I forgot to take a photo. But let me tell you, it was So good! We will definitely bring the family back here. A nice new addition to the Rayford Food Truck park

This was a lovely surprise! We saw this food truck outside of our complex and said why don’t we have that for dinner and I’m so glad we did! Where do I start the cashier was super nice, my husband said he enjoyed his two meat plate and that it was super juicy and flavorful. My pulled pork sandwich was awesome, the Mac and cheese I loved it’s super creamy with a hint of jalapeño peppers and the stuffed jalapeños are to die for there super crispy and creamy and everything you could want! Overall if you see this food truck you should come by you won’t regret it!

The Jalapeno poppers were among the best things I've eaten in awhile. Smokey Philly Cheesesteak filling wrapped in bacon, smoked but somehow remained crispy. Shockingly good. The brisket had great flavor but was a bit undercooked, kinda chewy. I don't use bbq sauce but I did try it, good with an interesting flavor. Maybe bourbon? Added to the slightly spicy sauce. I'll come back here again.

Brandon, thank you for coming by and leaving an honest review. See you when you come back! I apologize Brandon, I meant to send this a while ago and I didn't hit send. Worked on the brisket problem since you came last. And the sauce is an old tweaked family recipe!
