The food was amazing and the service was great. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn't mind because the food came out fresh and hot. The flavor in the ribs was super good and they were juicy and tender. We also ordered the vegetable stuffed baked potato and the sausage and brisket baked potato. Both were EXCELLENT! The portions are large and could easily feed 3-4 people with one potato, but you'll definitely want your own. We got a half slab of ribs and a pint of broccoli and rice casserole. I forgot to order the beans... next time! We drove 50 minutes to get there, but it was well worth it. Our food remained hot on the drive home and was truly, Oh' Mazing!!! I can't wait to plan the next field trip and try everything that I didn't try this time. Keep up the great flavor!

Haven't had a bad meal yet! Family Owned and everything tastes great. Seriously I have order everything off the menu minus the pork products. I have been numerous times and somehow the quality never changes. Amazing owners and have never felt the price was too much due to how much food you get. A1 taste and service. Please be prepared to wait as all food is cooked to order, have a little patience and your mouth will thank you for it.

I don’t believe it’s possible to understand Oh’ amazing potatoes until you go and try it out. Note that we got there at 3:30 pm and they closed at 4. When we got there, they had *just* used the last of the bacon. We ordered 4 things (pictures attached) 1. Sausage and brisket stuffed potato 2. Brisket stuffed potato with the brisket on the side 3. plain burrito (because they were out of bacon) 4. 1/2 lbs of ribs (also because they were out of bacon) A few things to note: -There was no one in front of me. -They immediately started cooking our order when I began ordering. -They were friendly and busily getting things done. -They gave me this handy buzzer device so I could wait in my car out of the sun while they made out order. Now….about it the food. When people say these potatoes are HUGE, that’s no joke. I didn’t weigh ours but I suspect the brisket and sausage was almost 6 lbs. it’s important to note that they scoop the potato out and mash it before they put it back into the skins and top it. Most likely mashed with the butter. I read that in the reviews as well but it’s important so I’m mentioning it again. This single trick is, in my opinion, the main reason their potatoes are so good. All the potatoes came with the cheese, chives, sour cream, and bbq sauce on the side so you can add it all when you get home. The bbq sauce is tasty but it might have a kick to it if you are sensitive to spicy. I didn’t add a very much and every so often I get a hint of hot. It’s not bad to me but I also like hot wings. My husband who got the brisket on the side will likely be able to eat half but I think the brisket on the side was brilliant because he can make what he doesn’t eat into a sandwich later. Also note-the amount of brisket they put as a side was a lot more than I expected. It could probably make more than a sandwich after he’s added some to his potato. My mother-in-law cut hers in half and that, along with only 1 of the ribs because there was a ton of meat on the bones. I took 1/4 of the sausage and brisket potato out and put it on a 10” plate it’s easily the size of my hand and I’ll be lucky to finish that! There will be leftovers for days! Total cost was $55 plus a tip. Not bad at all when you consider just how much we have. Also- I’m not usually a brisket person so next time, I’ll try chicken.

Read the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this food truck BBQ place and decided to pick up lunch on Father’s Day. Called ahead to learn that they open at noon and at a different location than usual - now at the Firestone Car Care lot on Holzworth, just south of Louetta and across from AMC 10/adjacent to Home Depot. Had read online that lines/wait could be long and that good is liable to run out. Fortunately, since we got an early start, arrived to find just one person ahead of us. Owners were very welcoming/friendly. Their little daughter took our order on a tablet. Ordered a Veggie Potato and 2x Two-Meat Plates (moist brisket and garlic links, each) which came with two sides (ordered BBQ beans, 2 x potato salad, and corn). Tab came to $50, which is not bad these days. Portions were plentiful and the meats were juicy and tender - the BBQ sauce was not overly sweet; had a nice vinegary flavor to it and complimented the meats very well. The Potato was huge and very tasty - a happy medley of Cheddar cheese, Spinach and other veggies, with a yummy twice-baked taste. The BBQ Beans contained ground beef and had a nice kick of heat. Potato Salad and Corn too were yummy! The orders came with two slices each of regular white bread.Jalapeños on the photos are mine. Overall, the reviews are spot-on; one of the better BBQ food places in the area, by far. Run by a friendly family - service is efficient and you return with a nice smoky smell on yourself as you wait to have your order prepared! Love it! Please support a community establishment in these tough times - you won’t be disappointed!

This food truck is appropriately named...the food is Oh' MAZING! While the ribs were the best I have ever tried, the veggie potato is perfectly delicious. The potato is a very generous size and could be split between two people. The ribs are tender and have the perfect smoke taste...no sauce needed! The owner offered me a sample of their brisket, again some of the best I have ever had. Looking forward to my next visit!
