The location is really cool housing several food trucks, mostly Hispanic and Latin American food but they also had dessert trucks and a bar set up. Bucchia's has a small menu but lots of flavor!! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our tacos and his quesadilla had a nice cheese pull. I tried their taco trio and they were very nice and happily changed the al pastor taco for a mushroom one. The staff do speak English and Spanish and are more than happy to help meet and dietary needs.
