I do not recommend this place at all. I ordered two potatoes — one small and one large, both half shrimp and half beef. I waited over an hour for my order, and when I finally got home (after driving 30 minutes), I realized they gave me two small potatoes instead. One of them wasn’t even what I ordered — it had chicken and shrimp. On top of that, I was still charged full price. Highly disappointed with the service and accuracy of my order.

I just want to start off by saying, I never do reviews. So here I am writing my first review…. I first found out about Potato King off TikTok & I’ve been wanting to give them a try for quite some time. I’m so glade me & my husband finally had the time to take the drive down to NRH. We ordered the small potato with bistec & shrimp and the bistec burrito. They definitely were very much worth the hype! The carne was juicy & flavorful. 10/10 would definitely recommend & WE WILL be coming back! I just saw they also had aguas frescas, I only wished I had tried one.

After seeing this truck for a couple of years we finally decided to try it tonight. Glad that we did. She got a loaded small baked potato and it was really good. I got the loaded fries with bistec and two tacos, one bistec and one pastor. Again, it was all very good. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

I will always give restaurants (food trucks) a great review when service and quality of food is great! I was completely disappointed by the time it took to prepare my order. This was the case the last time I visited so I tried them again. I should’ve went with my first mind. There were 3 cars waiting so I understood there would be a wait. I ordered 3-tacos. (2 barbacoa and 1 chicken). The order was placed at 6:28pm. I literally took 20-minutes for 3 tacos.. That was disappointing. However they were NOT worth the wait. The corn tortillas were hard around the edges. The barbacoa had absolutely no taste. Over the last year this food truck has declined. They aren't consistent with their posted schedule. The food has become bland. The only this that helped the taste was the cilantro and lime. I will NOT be returning.

Best food ever! Everything on the menu is great.. but the star of the show would definitely be the TACOS!! They’re so flavorful. And the service is amazing!! I have to stop and order everytime I see them because they are so good!
