Had a great visit here today! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he truly goes out of his way to make sure everything is just how you like it. He even brought out some salsa macha to pair with my fish and quesadilla, which was a great touch and added amazing flavor. The food itself was outstanding—the fish was easily 5 stars, and the sopas and shrimp quesadilla were just as impressive. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. There’s so much on the menu that I already know I’ll be back again (probably tomorrow) to try more. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this spot is absolutely worth checking out.

First time even hearing of and then trying sopes (what I ordered in the pic) and they are AMAZING! Get away from Main St and check out this great food truck with the sweetest owners. Plenty of parking, tables, facilities and playground for the kids.

Great eats! We tried a variety of dishes and enjoyed all of them. Jonathan and his wife are very passionate about the food they serve (great quality and presentation). I also enjoyed discussing food with Jonathan. I can’t wait to go back to Las Nury’s during my next trip to Fredericksburg. There is construction finishing up (Nov 2025) on the shared food truck courtyard. Once complete, this will be a very nice outdoor location to eat and hang out with friends and family (to include a playground for kids).

Nicest couple in Fredericksburg. I got the coconut shrimp and it was delicious. My hubby got fried shrimp. The elote was scrumptious. The area is currently still under construction but the seating was good and great lighting.

Passing through Fredericksburg and happened upon the food truck park and chose Las Nury's. Glad we did. It was after the noon hour, so there was plenty of seating. The owner was very friendly. We ordered the fish and chips and street tacos. Both were good portions and very good! Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.
