The nicest woman you could ever meet. This is definitely a hidden gem. I got a breakfast burrito and a fajita burrito for lunch and my GAWD it was amazing.

THE place in Eden to stop for breakfast tacos. The chorizo and egg was delicious especially with salsa. The barbacoa was very good and did not need any salt. I was able to get my bobtail tractor in their no problem. So if your traveling through, stop on by.

So cute! Glad we stopped! I had a breakfast burrito (beans, cheese, pico and steak) holy mess that was good! Great beans and that steak was slow cooked to perfection. Was small tho. If you’re hungry get 2! Cindy’s smile could warm any cold heart. What a sweetheart. We’ll be back through, and make use of the patio next time. Weather was great.

If you ever find yourself anywhere near here whether you're working in the neighborhood, rolling through for hunting season, or simply decided to make the 200-mile trek west of Waco just for good food do yourself a favor and stop at The Burrito Lady. This place is the definition of home-cooked comfort. The food? Absolutely amazing. Don’t be shy order two burritos for lunch, because you’ll wish you had once you take the first bite. And whatever you do, don’t skip the breakfast burrito. It’s one of those meals that reminds you why simple, real food made with love hits different. There’s a heart and soul here that you don’t find at big chain spots. It’s the kind of place that feeds you like family and sends you off with a full stomach and a happy mood. Remember to support local. These are the small businesses that keep communities alive. And if you can, pay in cash to help them keep costs down and continue sharing this incredible food with all of us.
