WOW! What a gem for amazing TexMex. This was a drive by and I’m so glad I did. I had breakfast tacos last weekend. Awesome. Today I had a Pastor and a Barbacoa soft taco with corn tortillas. 🤯🤯🤯. Dang. So much flavor and a hearty serving of meat on each. I HIGHLY recommend Jalisco’s Food Truck if you are passing through Bastrop and want some great TexMex.

Was recommended this place for the dessert and they did not disappoint. Would for sure come here again for their flan. Their 4 mini tacos de pastor were also delicious along with the salsa. (EDIT) We came here two days in a row. The second day we came for both lunch and dinner. Would for sure come here again. 100% recommend

I have driven by here many times and finally decided to give it a try, and I am so happy I did. The burrito jalisco was delicious. This will definitely become one of my go-to places to eat... it is an hour and a half from my house, but the food tastes so good it will be worth the drive.
