I used to love this place but it has went down hill. Half the time they close early, so you can’t go by their business hours, and the food has been hit or miss as of late. Tonight, my order was not only wrong, but not really edible either. I order the quesadilla supreme, and sub out the steak for chicken, tonight all I got was chicken and some cheese. I felt like they ran out of stuff and simply gave me whatever was left over, rather than letting me know that they couldn’t make what I ordered. However, that is just speculation cause I don’t know what I ended up getting. The chicken is dry and it honestly tastes gross. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I went there because I heard it was delicious...I won't be going back. I got the pollo asado quesadilla, and when I asked if there were any sides of sour/guac/etc the guy said the "supreme" had that plus pico, rice, and beans (this is not on the menu btw). I thought these were actual sides, but they put all the ingredients inside the quesadilla (except the rice, which was missing). The guy slammed the window in my face after I ordered and had a suspicious grin when I picked up. I'm not sure what kind of meat I actually got but it definitely wasn't pollo asado. The whole thing was flavorless and the beans were dry, which added to the texture cacophony. I tried to pick it apart to see what could be eaten but after just a couple of bites I threw the rest away. $11 in the trash.

This place is incredible. It’s always FRESH and delicious. I like the pollo burrito as as supreme best. There is nowhere to sit so def a takeout place. They serve breakfast burritos now too. Great food. Nice filling burritos. Local fave.

Loved having the hot carrots available! Salsas were yummy and available outside the food truck. The service was very friendly and attentive. I got the rolled taco, they were very good and the carne asada taco. There was plenty of carne! I'm from San Diego. If you know how good the mexican food there is, then you will want to try this food truck.

Absolutely delicious food! I grew up in Southern California where they've got some pretty great and authentic Mexican food and this is definitely on par. I will be visiting every time I visit my parents in CO. We've had the carne asada fries, burrito and tacos. This last time I went I had the fries with chicken instead of steak.
