I ordered the pork belly burrito in front of a shop on Santa fe between 8 and 9th street just now. It fell apart in my plate, it was not wrapped at all. The flavor doesn't matter if there was no care taken in wrapping it.

It’s a fresh house made tortilla. I checked in with the team and they said the tortillas was fresh and it was the same as the thousands we’ve done before that are delicious. We do not wrap the ends and that’s my choice but the tortilla was wrapped in foil and served to you on a plate. You’re welcome to go back and try something else. They’re open till 11pm.

Very happy to discover that the flavors and freshness of the food was worth the price. There green chili was amazing and really added flavor to the smoked brisket rice bowl.

We hired Adobo to cater our wedding at City Park Pavilion. As a Filipina, it felt so special to have a Filipino food truck for our big day. From booking to tasting to the wedding day, Adobo was amazing! Communication was great and the food was even better. Adobo was able to set up their truck right next to the venue, it was easy to access and get our food. My day-of-coordinator said that the truck was a little late because access to the park/pavilion is a little tricky, but I didn’t even notice! They were cranking out our cocktail menu as soon as they pulled up. All of our guests loved the food truck and thought it was the perfect touch to our wedding.
