Bomb tacos! Kind, genuine dude. I've had the entire menu tough decision but the queso tacos are my favorite. Legit tortillas. My dog loves these folks as they always warm a tortilla for her!

Max Tac is worth the drive for some of the best street tacos in Denver. Very fresh food and good prices. The gentleman Luis that runs the place is always so friendly and even remembers what kind of salsa I like. These guys are the best in town. 10/10 would recommend!

Great taco truck! The chorizo and adobada quesa tacos were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the tortillas were warm and slightly crispy. Service was quick and friendly. The staff here are very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. One of the best taco trucks I’ve tried—highly recommend! Definitely will be coming here again.

As a transplant from Texas, my taco standards are very high. This taco truck is a godsend. My fiance and I eat here at least once a week if not multiple times. The adobada is next level. Their jamaica agua fresca is a homemade recipe and is very addictive. The red hot sauce is perfection. Let the goods speak for themselves in the pics :)

We’re big Max-Tac fans in our house! Great tacos are hard to come by but look no further than this food truck. These are my favorite Asada tacos in Denver! They’re delicious, always fresh, and affordable. The green salsa is to die for. And the service is fantastic. The owner is sweet and always so appreciative when we visit.
