I was driving by and saw this and decided to stop on a whim because it looked so cute. I am so glad I did!! A chic food truck with the cutest sitting area. I got a chicken rice bowl, husband got steak, and they were both so so good. Highly recommend getting the hummus. The portions are huge and the value is great. I think we found a new go to option that won't make us sit in regret since this menu is very healthy. Yay!!!! I can't stress enough how happy I am to have found this place!! Also good to know, plenty of parking which is almost always a hassle with food trucks.

Decided to give this spot a try and honestly this is by far one of the best rice bowls I've had. Highly recommend the avocado lime sauce gives it that extra umf to the dish. Parm truffle fries are excellent as well.

They were fully prepared before I got there—everything was clean, beautifully arranged, and ready to go. That kind of professionalism and thoughtfulness means a lot, especially to photographers. After the shoot, they kindly offered me the dishes, and there was no way I could say no—they looked absolutely delicious. And they didn’t just look amazing—they tasted just as good as they appeared: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Casa Nova serves with the quality of a fine dining restaurant, while keeping things warm, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Decided to try the new food truck at my local Shell gas station on Wayne & Ford rd! I WILL be returning! The food is amazing! They offer mediterranean style build your own bowls/wraps/salad etc, plus they have frozen lemonades w/ different flavor options! I got the steak bowl and a raspberry mint lemonade & the flavor is amazing & the portion is great for the price point! It’s so nice to finally have a place to get refreshing healthier foods quick & convenient! Added bonus the customer service was spectacular!
