Siouxlands best food critic
Driving by and saw them open. I approached the food truck and was greeted by a welcoming staff. I asked what were the best sellers & was recommended the pork belly. To be honest Ive never tried pork belly anywhere else but was in a curious mood. Anyways! They did not disappoint. I also got some spring rolls & coffee which the cashier said she calls it "crack" coffee cause it tastes so good and really gets you going. They even threw some Boba in there for me. Best of all is that they're quick. I dont think I waiting longer than 5 minutes for my food and it was all hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place! 10/10

Their food is totally awesome !! Very true to their country. I could have stood and ordered spring rolls all day they were that good ! The sticky rice was also very good.

First time ever to Kai Thai food truck and the service was great they were very kind and explained their options. I ordered the Crab Rangoon, Stickyrice&FriedChicken and was really good. Quite honestly, crab rangoon was the best I've ever had anywhere.
