The rice in my fried rice was of high standard with plenty of good tasting meat & descent shrimp. My only complaint was the wait but that is understandable considering it's first time in this " neck of the woods". Eventually the pretenders will get weeded out & thee loyalists will be rewarded. Street food of this standard is welcome in rural towns. A healthy gathering place for people to share their culinary culture & ideas... Believe in your dreams; they are your strength.
