Lou and Michelle and their boys are not only salt of the earth people that make you feel good spending your hard earn dollars on, but the food is perfection! Presentation, flavor, creativity, and freshness are all there. They are clean, professional, kind and awesome with the best food truck in town. Love them!

This food truck is amazing. Their food is Native American and New Mexican, yes in Rock Springs, Wyoming. My wife and I are from New Mexico and I have to tell you their Red Chile is the best I have had. Their Green Chili is also amazing. The food is fresh with a Mexican twist. Their Green Chili owners are very friendly. Definitely one of the best.
