This is literally the best food truck I have ever been to. The folks who run it are always dialed with service and speed. They do not skimp on ingredients and greet you with a genuine smile. I highly recommend them for catering a wedding or an event where the people appreciate GREAT FOOD! The Philly tacos should win a Michelin Star. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Had the Philly Tacos and the Classic Cheddar Burger and it was... biblical. Not a fancy place (hey, it's a good truck) but it has some of the best damn food you'll eat in a parking lot. Great value. You won't leave hungry. Already thinking about what I'll order next!

Great food truck at a fantastic location. Stopped by on a Thursday evening and enjoyed the Philly tacos and chicken queso sandwich. Both highly recommended! Big portions and fast service. Fun people and great food; a must stop.

The food was so good that it left me craving more for days. Service was excellent and the food came out super fast. There’s a nice place to sit outside with views of the river. I saw 2 bald eagles while eating my meal! I also love that they have plenty of vegetarian options. Can’t wait to eat there again.

Michael and his team at Buffalo Bills catered my wedding for 35 guests and it was absolutely fantastic, all around! The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious! Nachos, Chicken, Elk Salad, Fish Tacos, Philly Tacos, Chicken Sandwiches and Burgers! His wait staff were so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure plates were never empty. Our guests have been going on and on about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! I can not recommend them enough. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back to Jackson to eat more of amazing food!
