We was very excited to walk around and saw all the food trucks options but was horrible. No many food options, half of the food trucks didnt have the price of the items and just 2 tables around. We get smash burgers and was a terrible experience, they said 13 each burger and the total was $26 and when we paid they charged $30. We tried to asked but was a child taking orders and she didn’t know either. The burger was bad, we order 1 no pickles and they didn’t know which one had no pickles, when we finally found which had pickles, they were gross tasting. Very disappointing we don’t recommend

Hi Juan - we are glad you were excited and encourage you to come again and try out other options. Also try coming around 2 when there aren't lines. Today there were 7 options within less than a few hundred feet of each other so that is more options than almost anywhere else in town. We also have different trucks each Friday so maybe try another option. Remember we have a 7.6% sales tax in Pueblo so that is part of the price increase you experienced, but also if you just go talk to the truck and explain they would have helped you to understand or refunded you. It is hard to hear with all the generators running sometimes. Also to alke it clear ALL but one had their prices posted on the menu on the side of the truck or on their sign. The one that doesn't have a posted sign yet has menus out on their bar which have the prices listed. But I understand maybe you didn't see them if someone standing in front of you maybe? Ultimately we all tey very ahrd to make this event a nice place for the whole family. Reviews like this are extremely hard on small business owners. Next time please give the small business a chance to make it right FIRST. IF they dont make it right....then write your review freely. But give them a chance to be good to you, and in iur case they almost always will be good to you, their customers. They value your feedback and opinions in constructive ways.
