My experience has been great, so far they’ve found me the equipment I needed at a great price, installed and looks great, and were able to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable, would recommend them to anyone looking to start a food truck in Wa state!

Be very careful before doing business with The Food Truck Guys‼️ At first, they seemed professional and trustworthy, but my experience has been the opposite. After paying them a few thousand dollars, they stopped answering calls and messages. They keep using excuses like “I told you in person” to cover up poor communication and lack of updates. They promised to have drawings and paperwork done within 3 days, but I never received any records or confirmation that anything was submitted to L&I. To this day, I have no proof that any work was actually done. They might come across as nice, but I feel completely taken advantage of and out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. Be cautious and make sure everything is documented before you hand over any payment. Update: The owner keeps replying saying they “updated me,” which is completely untrue. At no point did they give me real updates, timelines, or proof of any work being submitted to LNI. We had already gone over the list of problems my trailer had, and I agreed to their quote that’s the whole reason I trusted them and moved forward with the payment‼️ They promised the work would be done and submitted within a certain timeframe, but none of that happened. Instead, they ignored messages, didn’t answer calls, and provided zero documentation. What they’re doing now is trying to blame the customer instead of taking responsibility. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars and months of lost time.

Maria, work has to be done to make your food trailer meet codes in Washington state, without doing these items it can never pass labor and industries. No one is trying to scam you but you need allot more work to be one than you want to pay for. It’s not our fault you bought a food truck that needs allot of work to meet labor and industries
