Discovered this Cashmere gem 10 days ago and we’ve been back 5 times. These guys know how to cook. The entire menu is top tier and the staff is so friendly. My new favorite food truck. Will be back for more.

Fantastic food! The quesacarnitas with the mozzarella grilled onto the tortilla is 😮💨, then its the fish or shrimp tacos for me as runner ups. The toppings are fresh and delicious cabbage salsa and then you can dress as needed at their salsa bar. Top it off with the Yonder patio ambience and its going to be a good meal.

We hired Freddy's Kitchen to cater our daughter's wedding and it was the best catering decision we could have made! From communication to amazing setup/presentation to THE FOOD (truly such good food), Freddy's gets 5 stars across the board. We received so many compliments, and just couldn't be happier with our choice. Bonus points: they made the trip to Waterville to help make our day special!

I was glad I scoured the map for potential spots to eat in Cashmere! This food truck is connected to the outside of Yonder East. Delicious Greek pizza with added chicken (crust had great chew, veggies were delicious, and wood fired!). That with a cider cocktail from Yonder, outdoor seating with the pup, and it kicked off the weekend perfectly.
