The best quesa birria tacos. I've tried many other places for birria tacos with consome and La Familia take the trophy. I always finish the entire bowl of consome too. I will try other menu items eventually.

Service out of this world. Very hospitable and personable. 3 birria tacos with the soup for $12 bucks (can't beat that). Food was mad delicious. Will definitely be back.

If you haven’t stopped by to check out the food truck outside the market you are missing out! The homemade tortillas are to DIE for while the meat is FRESHEST around. My favorite order is a tough choice, as it’s between the carne asada tacos and the quesabirria tacos. (Both shine as options through their outstanding quality and flavor!) I give this place an easy 5/5 stars. Best quick eats in town! You just can’t beat the home style food with a family feel. Make sure to check out this gem ASAP.

I stopped by La Familia Market because I was so excited to finally have a store like this here in Parker, but it turns out they haven't been able to open yet (a/o 10.25.2024). I talked to Carlos, who I assume is the owner, and he said he's still waiting on one last permit from the city, so hopefully that comes in soon because he says he's ready to move in as soon as it does. Carlos was exceedingly friendly and I can't wait to support la Familia when it opens. Buena suerte!
