Amazing and simple Thai food made in a food truck. The chef makes really tasty dishes. You can pick up or enjoy a beer in a brewery right next door. One of the best Thai food place in the neighbourhood. Weekend seemed to be a long wait!

Surprisingly, you can find Thai food in this small national park town, which is quite rare—and it’s actually really tasty! The dine-in area is spacious and comfortable, and sometimes there’s even live music. Just keep in mind that the food can take a little while to come out.

A food truck that parks next to Longmire Springs brewery. The food is very tasty and authentic per my Thai friend who joined in purchasing food from the truck. You can use the tables of Longmire Springs Brewery to eat or take the food home or to your hotel if you were a tourist like me. Parking is ample and not a problem.
