This food is DELICIOUS and so fresh. Everything is yummy from the jollof rice to the Mandela Burger! I still can’t believe it’s all vegan. There’s nothing like it on the market. This is my first food stop when I’m back in New Orleans.

Hands down the most nutrient dense and delicious plant based offerings you will find anywhere. When I am in New Orleans it is my first stop for delicious, nutritious meals and genuinely welcoming interaction with the owners. Do not miss the opportunity to check this place out! I’m a long time supporter of TK. Eating Chef Ogban’s food leaves me feeling nourished but not weighed down. I’ve enjoyed their creations right from the food truck, ordered as catering and now that I’m not in New Orleans full time anymore, I have April ship the very versatile Mandela Burgers to me, so, I don’t miss that West African goodness that feeds my body and soul.

I had never eaten vegan food before visiting Tanjarine Kitchen. And the beauty of it is… you don’t even realize it’s vegan! The food is SO DELICIOUS! The Mandela Burger is my personal favorite. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are large, and the food is cooked to order. Not to mention, the owners are very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this business to EVERYONE, regardless if vegan or not :)

Delicious vegan lunch. Prepared to order. Cost efficient. Friendly owner. Swift with food preparation but not lacking on taste. Their location can be found online as it is a good truck, so they travel. Food was so delicious, I can hardly wait to get more. The #MandelaBurger was perfectly prepared and tasted oh so great. The curried potatoes need no ketchup and I pretty much devoured them before returning to work.
