I just order half sweet heat half hut hot and it's very good. You can taste the love they put into it. My fries were still warm and crispy by the time I got back to my hotel room. Yall the truth

You 100% correct we did it with love dedication and a passion it was our pleasure to serve you appreciate you so muchDowntown Fork
Was looking for a late night snack after some jazz show in town. This food truck is straight fire. The chicken wings are crazy good, perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. Dude really knows how to use spices, like every bite hits. Nothing basic about these wings at all. I’d come back again and again!

Highly recommend! We ordered wings and burgers and everything was delicious, we especially loved the seasoning on the fried and the sauce on the burgers. Very pleasant service. Would definitely come again whenever I'm in the area.

First trip to New Orleans, so I was looking forward to eating some good food. My Bro took me to a location called Hut 35 Food Truck. The guy who took my order was very nice & pleasant. He was also the chef. I ordered lamb chops and grilled shrimp. My Bro ordered the Burger Trio. His food came 1st. Bacon cheeseburger, chicken wings, & wet French fries. AMAZING FLAVORS. I got my food, and I must say that i've never had lamb chops with any sauce on them. But these lamb chops were grilled perfectly, and this sauce....OMG! 🔥🔥🔥 So Good & so flavorful that it actually enhanced the great natural taste of lamb. I'm going to need a shipment of that sauce. Lol Chef Mitch, I really appreciate your service. Great job, Sir. 🙏🏾 I also want to put in a good word for the food truck that's adjacent to Hut 35. I believe it's called Johnny's. I had some Jamaican rice and cabbage, and it too was amazing. Thanks, NOLA! California Love 👌🏾👑

Appreciate the loveChristina
The crawfish pasta was disappointing. For $20 there was little to no crawfish and the size was so tiny. I paid an additional $6 for the catfish. The catfish taste really good, however it was overly breaded...definitely could have done with less breading. The garlic bread tasted nasty and burnt, I never thought in a million years someone could mess up bread. I really wanted to enjoy this but I was definitely disappointed.
