I am not a big fan of food trucks but this one IS AMAZING!!! Best pasta! Great portions! And the owners are absolutely amazing and hearing their story is very touching and encouraging! Even the left overs taste just as good and freshly cooked.

Tried Pasta Petes bolognese and the bucatini tonight. Even though I am not a huge pasta fan, I loved every flavor filled bite! So impressive! Cannot wait to try the meatball sub next time!
