This lady is so sweet! She explained the strong flavor of Al pastor to my daughter to make sure she was ready for the flavor, she gave her extra sour cream without charging us. Told us it’s her secret receipt that tastes like Elote 👀 and it was delicious! I’m used to radishes being added to the side but she added cucumbers too which was super refreshing. Kid tested - mother approved.

Amazing Mexican fast food... Colima style. This was my first time here. We came just before closing time and were given a friendly welcome. There was plenty of parking and even tables (not theirs) available to sit and eat. They are a husband and wife team from Colima, Mexico with a passion for quality and service... And it shows on their multiple 5-star reviews! In fact, it was their great reviews that brought us here and we're glad we did. We ordered a custom torta for my wife and a couple of tacos for myself. My wife (who is a strict food critic) loved the torta and I loved the tacos. I ordered a "Taco de cabeza" (which is the meat from the head of the cow) and a "Taco de tripas" (which are the cow's milk intestines or beef tripe). I ate both tacos WITHOUT adding salt, lime, or salsa just to get the true real flavor of the meats and I was impressed. Especially with the "tripas" because there's so many bad ways of making them. A los dueños les doy las gracias por la deliciosa comida, el buen servicio, y la buena charla. Soy el de Tijuana con la esposa Boliviana. Y mi recomendación aquí en Google Maps tendrá MUCHAS vistas, lo cual les traerá más negocio. Saludos desde Meridian, gracias, y que Dios les bendiga más.

I placed an order for four tacos—two adobada (marinated pork) and two lengua (tongue)—along with a beverage, totaling $20. Initially, I found the $5 price per lengua taco somewhat high, but considering current food costs, I understand the pricing. Upon tasting the lengua taco, I was incredibly impressed; the tongue was exceptionally tender, juicy, and delicious, especially with the handmade tortilla.. The adobada taco was good, although the marinade could benefit from a more robust flavor profile for my preference. This taco featured a double tortilla, though not handmade. I requested a grilled jalapeño on the side, and while the two salsas (green and red) were satisfactory, I felt they could use more heat and bolder flavors to suit my preference for spicy food. As the sole customer, my order took approximately 15-20 minutes to prepare, which was acceptable given the handmade tortillas. Overall, I would return for more tacos, particularly the lengua tacos, which were exceptional and worth the price.

Love having a taco truck close to home! Food was great and we are looking forward to eating at Nora's again soon! Good flavor and portion sizes. We enjoyed some chicken and asada tacos, as well as a chicken burrito.
