Great experience last night! Awesome owners, great food, good times! Stopped in on a cross country road trip. Really enjoyed talking with the owner, Josh, and learning about the business. Everything was delicious and all the food is his original recipes

Every. Single. Time. our food is incredible! The food is different from anything I’ve ever eaten before, and they are always trying new things! Pictured here is the Sweet-Thai Pork Sandwich, and both my husband and I were obsessed! All the flavors were on point, and fresh! Alison and Josh go above and beyond to make every dining experience a great one. Thankful to have That One Place in our little community!

You gotta visit this place!! Such a unique concept in the middle of small town Kansas! Thanks to this well traveled couple, Marion has one of the coolest lunch stops in the state. The food truck sits by the street and is the stationary kitchen and the newly built "shed" next to it houses a small bar-style indoor seating area. There's plenty of room, comfortable seating, a full selection of beers, canned seltzer, soda, it's air conditioned and full service! The menu is a collection of street tacos, nachos, wraps and even sliders. We loved the Tetris shaped tater tots! The owners are friendly and the small town keeps a slow but steady trickle of guests coming thru the doors. The day we stopped they had funny videos playing up on the wall, we had Coors banquet, Mich ultra and Kona Big Wave, the old school tacos, and one of each of the street tacos (chicken, beef, fried shrimp and Thai pork) plus we had to try his sliders! There are vegan and kid options. They also have a mobile unit, so look for Tacos Food Truck at your next festival or event... or request their presence for next time! We will definitely make the hour drive to come visit them again!

Small restaurant / taco with a lot to offer. We were camping at Marion and wanted to stop in town on an evening for dinner and we stumbled across That One Place in google and gave it a try. The location was easy to find with our map app and we were the first customers there for dinner at 5pm. There is plenty of parking outside along with outdoor seating. The inside was clean and simple, nothing overwhelming. We had a variety of offerings from shrimp tacos, beef tacos, thai pork tacos, nachos, queso / guacamole and chips. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed it! We 100% recommend this hidden secret for those that are camping nearby. You will not be disappointed! Happy eating!

This food truck restaurant combo is high quality food. I’m from San Diego and this place reminded me of the little modern boutique taco shops we have in California The chef selects quality ingredients and knows how to prepare the meat. We ordered the pork, ground beef, and chicken tacos combo. All fresh and hands down a great little gem to eat at in Marion Kansas. Highly recommend.
