Best place, hands down to get your fish or shrimp fix. I don’t try much else because I never get tired of the spicy shrimp tacos but there’s nothing you can go wrong with here. The sauces are signature and the tacos are always STUFFED. You get your moneys worth. Amazing food, friendly staff and great service. No complaints here! If I ever sit on death row Santiacos will be my final meal! See you guys soon!

Best mariscos/seafood food truck in Southwest Kansas—Dodge City, to be exact. AMAZING shrimp and fish tacos, hoagies, fresh ceviche, aguachiles, and shrimp cocktail. The wings and fries are on point too. High quality, great service, veteran-owned, and a must-try. We also love the shrimp chips with the spicy sauce. Highly recommend!
