As someone who grew up in the South, I don’t say this lightly — Grill and Smoke Food Truck is the best BBQ I’ve found in Colorado. Good barbecue is hard to come by out here, and this place gets it right. The smoke, the flavor, the care put into the food — it all shows. The experience goes beyond the food too. Ric, the owner, is genuinely great to talk to and clearly loves what he does, which makes the whole stop even better. It feels welcoming and relaxed, the kind of place you want to hang around. If you’re a BBQ lover or a serious burger fan, I recommend Grill and Smoke without hesitation. It’s the kind of spot you’re excited to tell people about!

We tried Grill & Smoke at a brewery anniversary party. The burger and onion rings were fantastic. I loved the garlic aioli and the rings were perfectly crispy. Will def be taking a look at where this truck is scheduled so we can dine here again.

Wow, what an amazing experience. The tri-tip philly cheesesteak was amazing, especially with the hot and sweet peppers. Also have tried their gourmet burgers which are among the best in Boulder County. I will definitely follow this food truck around.
