By far the best food truck we had. Unfortunately I only got a single taco of the panuchos because I already ate a full meal at The Hub. I don't normally rate food, but I feel guilty for not giving them more business. They also gave free samples. They are the food truck most out of the way, and weren't getting as much business as others, but are well worth it.

Inconsistent experience - the first time we had it, it was AMAZING (steak torta), we came back for it and it was a totally different sandwich and we were really disappointed bc we know how good they are! The first one was finely chopped and just to die for, the second time the bun was burnt, the meat was over cooked and dry, nothing was chopped and was even missing ingredients.. this isn’t to say they don’t have great food but definitely makes it hesitant to want to try again with the inconsistency.

One of the best foods I’ve ever put into my mouth. I got the conchinita pibil tacos and it was absolutely incredible. I had this dish when I went to Cancun and this tasted just like it was there, if not better. This is the only food truck I will go to at the hub now.

We ordered the tacos de cochinita pibil. Mmmmm. They were so juicy & full of flavor. The pickled onions & avocado complimented the homemade tortillas. The salsa on the was up there on heat level. We went on Friday night, they are one last trucks on the backside. The cook told us it was Yucatan style food. I will def come back to try more food from this place!
