Honestamente vinimos de Spokane buscando otro restaurante que estaba cerrado y el señor con su espíritu de venta decía que era todo muy rico , mi esposo pidió yuca con “chicharrón” que ya tenía un sabor raro y sólo eran 4 o 5 mini cuadritos de carne no chicharrón , yo pedí “pastelitos “ que son más papá que carne , muy decepcionada , no sean tan miserables que este país tiene muy buena comida

Would not recommend, the service is terrible. Waited over 25 minutes for my order of only 2 pupusas so I checked in and the kid at the register realized he never passed the order along to the cook. Instead of apologizing they immediately got defensive and rude and bickered amongst themselves. The cook offered me some chicken ones that were already made but that’s not what I ordered and said that it would be another 10 minutes to make my order. I declined and asked for a refund and she said she could not give me a refund and accused me of wanting a cash refund when I never asked for cash. I told her to put the refund on my card and she asked me “how do you want me to make your order if he never gave it to me?” As if the problem was caused by me. Will not go back, definitely skip this place, there are better pupusas in the Tri Cities.

$12.25 for two pupusas is expensive. They were supposed to be chicken, but there wasn't any chicken; it looked more like mashed potatoes... and the service was terrible. There was a bossy kid working the register. I don't recommend it.

Ordered pupusas an hour before closing. Paid cash, they did “not have change” so had to pay $13 instead of $12.25. They proceeded to get my order completely wrong, since they were closing they did not remake my order but they also made zero effort to make it right, did not give us our cash back. Took a bite of what we were left with & we’re not impressed. Would not go again. Terrible experience.
