I fear I may never financially recover from Saiko Sushi & Hibachi… and honestly? Worth it. First of all, the portions are not portions—they are life choices. You think you’re ordering a reasonable amount of food, and then BOOM: enough sushi to feed a small, grateful village. The hibachi? Addicting. Like, “I’ll just have one bite” turns into “why am I still eating, I am already full, send help” addicting. Now let’s talk about the real star of the show: boba. Get the boba. No seriously—get it. I don’t care if you walked in for sushi, hibachi, or emotional support… you are leaving with boba. It’s basically a requirement at this point. And yes. I did order $100 worth of Crab Rangoon. Was it excessive? Maybe. Was it a cry for help? Unclear. Do I regret anything? Absolutely not. Every crispy, creamy bite was a reminder that happiness can, in fact, be deep-fried. 10/10. Come hungry. Leave questioning your life choices—but in the best way possible.

We went a little wild with our ordering. One hibachi chicken could feed 2 people easily. Everything we got was cooked perfectly! The Kansas roll is my favorite. Spring rolls had the perfect crunch and the Crab Rangoon was heaven.

They literally saved my daughters birthday party this past Saturday. They went above and beyond. Told them how many people and what she wanted and they made platters and even loaded them into my car. THANK YOU!!! You’re the best and we are forever grateful and loyal to yall. The food was delicious. The noodles, the chicken, the sushi, all of it.

It was 3 of us. 2 of us had hibachi chicken and shrimp. The other had hibachi chicken and steak. All 3 were with rice. I'd say they give a very good amount filling the box worth for the amount you pay. If you want pop/water, you can buy those there as well. Though they're a food truck they still have some seating right there if you're coming from far to sit and eat. The cashier was so sweet and was also Japanese. Their sauce is a killer. It was so good! And their food overall is also good. From steak, shrimp and chicken I'd say steak was the most tastiest, but the steak was also pretty chewy. Maybe it was just that day. Overall it's a place with good food, good amount for the price and good vibes.

The sushi rolls were delicious and filling. The amount for the price was perfect and they were so good. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in the area. Edit: I've been back a few times and it never disappoints! The food is filling, delicious, and quick.
