Four stars because our group ordered from different trucks, we loved the atmosphere, options, and service. The poke nachos were so good I was surprised. We enjoyed our smoothies from a different truck, they seemed to be simple and tasted like fresh fruits. Unfortunately, the Chinese food truck raised some concerns. Ordered orange chicken and noodles. While the service was great, the orange chicken looked slightly off in color/texture, and the overall smell didn’t seem quite right but not noticeable bad. The doubts arose after noticing a green discoloration embedded in one of the noodles that did not resemble a vegetable and looked unusual. I understand there can be harmless explanations for this like certain sauces, but combined with the slight off smell and appearance, it raised concerns for us, and my friend decided not to take the risk and chose to throw it away. Sharing this in case it helps with quality control Update: friend who ordered poke nachos was sick for two days after. Unsure if related.
