Had the opportunity to have a go at this one today...had to go back after just to let them know how incredibly delicious and insanely unique the flavor combinations are. Highly recommend grabbing at the chicken or steak shredders in a wrap, but I have no doubt the entire menu will have you coming back anytime you catch the truck in your area. Good news is they cater and for the right price and people, will travel. Give a shout and find out where they might be next!!! First time trying Shredderz Food truck at M1 concourse for Cars and Coffee event. We ordered the chorizo shredder (to split) and a cheese quesadilla with side of bacon. I really enjoyed how tasty the wrap was, hash browns stayed crispy even with the sour cream and fresh pico topping inside. Looking forward to having it as a skillet topped with fried egg next time.

Awesome food! Great meats, great other toppings, and they pile on plenty of them; a "full" dish is practically big enough for two meals. Their hash browns are a bit magical — despite having all of that juicy meat and toppings piled on top of them, they stay crispy! Even as leftovers! Online ordering is easy, their pick up window is very accessible with lots of sidewalk, and parking is... confusing, at least for me. There's a large paved area around the building, but between a lack of painted lines, assorted things you shouldn't block in, picnic tables, and a neighbor's driveway, I'm honestly not sure how or even whether to use it for parking. Luckily there's street parking on Harry Ave just a few steps west of the building.

What a breath of fresh air. Great service. Awesome employees. The food is so dang good. The prices are more than fair. I found my new spot!!!! Love love loved it.

I got the egg wrap and it was so delicious, lots of different flavors that complement well! Half was still a decent size. The ice cream was, of course, also good. I like what they did to the exterior of the building. I am hoping they will continue to improve the sitting area, maybe more planters between it and the road, maybe some picnic tables in the art park next door. It'd be nice to have more barrier between you and the road. At the moment, not toddler friendly to sit and eat there.
