Excellent food! Could only eat half because the portion was so big. I had the Rican Combo. The chicken was particularly good. Strongly recommend.

Let me start this by saying I’m from NY so I grew up with Puerto Rican bodegas on every other corner. I got the Rican combo. It’s the best thing I’ve gotten since moving to NC. The chicken so tender, the fried chicken fried to a perfect crisp, the rice oh god I’ve missed the rice it’s perfectly cooked and everything is amazingly seasoned. the fried plantains are sweet and so delicious. I also got a strawberry lemonade and it’s so fresh and refreshing. I feel like I’m back home in Ny when I had this meal. 10/10 will 100000% be back !! The guy Ryan at the window was super sweet too so definitely come and check this place out !!!!

We stopped by The Rican Lab food truck and the food was absolutely fantastic! Being from New York, I grew up eating Spanish food all the time, and since moving to North Carolina it’s been hard to find authentic Puerto Rican options. This truck truly feels like a taste of home. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and incredibly filling — plus the portion sizes are great. You can tell they put love into their food. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend anyone looking for real Puerto Rican food definitely check them out!

We ordered catering from The Rican Lab for our holiday dinner and it was an absolute hit! The pernil was flavorful, and the rice & beans and sweet plantains were perfectly cooked. The empanadas were the star of the show—everyone loved them. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Puerto Rican food, this is the spot!

I’ve purchased food from Rican Lab two times and their food is always on point! Their food is very tasty and the portions are generous. All I can say is TAKE MY MONEY!
