The truck was at Dorothea Dix and I stopped by with two of my friends. We got the cheese fries and they were so so good. It was some of the best cheese fries i’ve ever had. The cheese is gas and top quality along with the fries. I wish I got a picture but we got them and immediately devoured them. 10/10 would recommend and come back! He was also so nice! Great service!

Tried it at downtown cary night market. It’s my first time getting deep dish pizza so I am not sure what to expect, but it ends up very thin layer of toppings on extra thick breads. We got margarita and shroom, Both are very tasteless somehow. The only thing I taste is mozzarella. Also the cashier asked us to give them a minute to catch up, which was fine, but we ended up spending about 20 mins at the truck window, just deadly stare into them. The pizza took another 40 mins to cook. Definitely not what I would expect for $18 per pizza.

I got to try the Ruben fusion egg roll yesterday at Fall Local at Dix Park. They were FANTASTIC!! The outside was crispy, the meat was so tender & not fatty at all, and they had the perfect amount of thousand island drizzle. Perfection!!! If you see Rolling Deep food truck, run don’t walk!! You may need to wait in line but I promise it’s worth the wait. They will not disappoint!

Attended a resident event at my townhome community and was lucky enough to try Rolling Deep’s food. I’m a huge fan of hot honey and pepperoni pizza, so I went with the Bee Sting. After chatting with the staff—who were incredibly friendly and helpful—I also decided on the Reuben egg rolls. I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza and usually find Detroit style too heavy on the bread. Rolling Deep completely changed that for me—the crust had the perfect balance: a crunchy base with a light, airy middle. The sauce had great flavor and tied it all together. The Reuben egg rolls were spot on and tasted just like a well-crafted Reuben sandwich. I was told that the chef makes the pastrami himself, which really showed in the flavor and quality. The attention to detail in both the food and presentation really stood out. Hands down, some of the best Detroit style pizza I’ve ever had. 5/5 experience.

Saw a tik tok and looked amazing! Was excited that it was so close to home!! There was a wait, which we were okay with it! Pizzas were delicious!! Bee sting was amazing! Philly cheesesteak roll were good need a bit more seasoning and cheese… Overall, good experience and delicious deep dish!
