The lady running this place is one of the hardest working people I've seen! While we were waiting for our food we watched her run out to a few cars to take their orders and deliver a few to other cars that were waiting for us! The food comes out hot and fresh off the grill and is delicious. You also have the option to order extra spicy it you really wanna feel the heat! Will definitely be coming back here if we end up delivering to this town again!

Me and my boyfriend ate here. We didn't even have to get out of our vehicle he came right to us with menu. Ordered #6 was so good. Was amazing food made fresh to order. Loved the Strawberry and Banana Bobo tea. Guy was super friendly. Highly suggest this place and gave big portion worth the $$

I'm on a work trip in Southwest Kansas and after a conference in Dodge City I passed by Sai Gon Food Truck. I'm Vietnamese and when I'm on long work trips I crave my home food so of course I stopped. The service was excellent because they come to your car to take your order and bring it out to you, no need to even get out! I ordered a few things and bubble tea. It smelled so good on my way back to my hotel I couldn't wait to dig in. The rice bowl with grilled pork chop, egg meat cake, 3 spices fried shrimp, and fried egg was so good it reminded me of how my bà nội (grandma) used to make it. The servings are big and so filling and flavorful. I'm so happy I stopped.

A great place for some primo Vietnamese food. Staff is super friendly, Boba is packed with flavor and not watered down. If you want a platter that'll fill up, My bro and I always get the #2 Special (Rice Bowl), Mild is great, but spicy has that heat that doesn't overpower the flavor. Also the eggrolls are crisp n crunchy and always come out piping hot!

This is the first time we try it here in Dodge. Not bad at all. We order combination Phở, stir fried noodles, bánh mì and grilled pork with rice. I didn't expect much but the Phở broth really satisfied me. Good amount of noodles and meats. The only things I want to add in there is the basil and bean sprout. The stir fried tastes delicious. Not dry but not much oily like chinese cuisine. Rice and the grill pork are quite ok for me. I thought it will be pork chopped but it comes out like in the pic which is just ok for me. Great sesoning and grill make pork tastes good but not too dry. The bánh mì is a little bit supprise for me. In Viet Nam, bánh mì is the street food that you can find everywhere and usually be wrapped in the old newpapers. They did it here!!! Its a good idea to remind ppl ab authentic Vietnamese stuffs and also introduce our culture to the world. The sauce in there maybe was adjusted for ppl in the US but for me it good enough. We also got a cup of black sugar boba and a red thai milktea 😉 they also have crystal boba in there which makes me so happy when I had it. Staff was super friendly. He took our order when outside is really cold and then he even offers me to come and take our trash later for us. 8/10 Must try!
