I want the food trucks to return every summer! However, I think to manage expectations, go for the selection and fun of it. DON'T go hoping to consume an excellent representation of that food in the city. It's just fun, and the trucks themselves are so unique.

Had a blast at the Chicago Food Truck Festival! Lobster sandwich, grill cheese lobster, jerk shrimp, jerk chicken, grill lamb and hawaiian bbq ribs. Got a salted caramel cupcake and butter cookies too but forgot to take photos of those. 🤣
