Ok so let me start by saying, I am NOT vegan! But I know good food when I taste it! I recently tried Best of Both Souls and loved everything I ordered. This is the best vegan food in Charlotte! I ordered the Sweet Chilli Cauliflower Wyngs. They did not disappoint! They were fried perfectly and generously coated in the sauce. The fries were fresh and well seasoned. I also ordered the lemonade, which I could tell was fresh squeezed. She has different flavors too. Last but definitely not least, I tried the new vegan shugar cookies. My only regret is that I didn't order more!! I will definitely be back for more of these.

You have to try everything! The chicken sandwich will make you forget it’s vegan and the cauliflower wings make me seriously consider going 100% vegan! This place is very good

The best vegan food in Charlotte! This woman is amazing!! She has Become my great texting buddy too. Her food is hands down the best vegan food in Charlotte period! Anyone I know who tried her food can’t believe that it’s vegan. Sis knows how to season food! Her vegan shrimp is amazing my coworker couldn’t believe that it’s not real shrimp. Please try her out! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL! To be honest I have added her food into my monthly budget lol. It’s that serious! The picture below is her vegan chicken and waffles! Amazing!

One of the best vegan food places I’ve ever been to! I got the Greek wrap and the tzatziki sauce was amazing and so was the crunch of the fried mushrooms. Fries were crispy and the side sauces were good too. The meal was a good portion as well as the sides. Will be back again
