AMAZING FOOD! I’m half Honduran and I can say this is very authentic Honduran food. It reminds me of my dad’s cooking! I got the whole fried fish with fried yuca. It was flavorful, fried perfectly, and tasted exactly the way I wanted it! We ordered other items as well such as the baleadas, fried green plantain, and the fried chicken with the fried pork chop plate. All of it was very flavorful and cooked perfectly! We ordered the food online through their pickup option, which was set up as an easy way to order. We also ordered the yuca with chicharron. They ran out of chicharron and the lady called to inform me, she gave me other options for the meat, gave me a refund, and still made the yuca plate for us! She was very kind, helpful, and professional. I’m so glad I found this food truck 👍🏼

Had the absolute best experience today at this food truck! In a very convenient location right off south tryon by Andinos tire shop next to the steele creek police station. Pam was beyond kind and patient with my mom and I and answered all our questions about the menu. The food was some of the best stuff we have ever eaten, first time trying Honduran food and lets just say we will Definitely be back sooner rather than later. Thank you Pam for all the amazing recommendations!!!
