this AMAZING food truck visited my office building in Northville today was served an INCREDIBLE wrap! and truffle fries could not finish it all. the amazing flavors and skilled preparation was easy to see these folks know what they are doing! If you ever have a chance to try them i highly recommend! and the cannoli's are just as amazing. add an extra 20 stars

Ran into these cool cats today at the Ann Arbor Farmer's Market. My little one and I got the fried chicken and tomato wrap and southern fried wrap with their famous truffle fries and as usual were not disappointed. Mateo was kind in the wondow and Isaiah and Kaylah kept great communication in the back to make sure everything was sold hot and in unison. Will always stop by when they're around. 10/10 highly recommend💜

Cannot say enough good things about the Impasto! We worked with Sammie to set up accommodations for our co-workers baby shower and everything from the initial phone call to delivery and follow up was fantastic and super easy. They showed up on time, the truck looked great! FOOD WAS AMAZING! super friendly service and awesome follow up after the fact. There were many many requests from our team for a repeat visit. Just when you think you can’t eat another bite, you get the craving for a wrap stuffed with thinly sliced cold cuts, dressed with lettuce, tomato, some cheese all united with an Omega dressing & sweet sliced cherry peppers.
