Best tacos and tortas in Bakersfield! Tacos are very well served, pastor and asada delicious! I haven’t ate tortas as good as these ones. Torta de Pierna and Torta Tlaxcalteca my top two. Owners Irma and Juan are very friendly. If you are in town, pass through and show some love.

Was passing through bakersfield, and me and the wife started to crave tacos. Googled mapped tacos and this was one of the highest rated taco spots around us. Turned out to be true!! We ordered all Al Pastor tacos and oh man were they good. The Al Pastor meat was so tender and juicy with a hint of sweet low spicy and fruity flavors. Guys last time I tried Al Pastor tacos like the ones here was in Tijuana. This is the real deal!! If you want Tijuana styled tacos, this is the place!!!

The best torta al pastor I've ever had. I ordered the "Torta Brava" with everything except mayo and added some of their nuclear-green colored salsa and the far spicier red salsa provided with meal. I ate a perfect sandwich today: the meat, a smokey rotisserie-kissed pork offset with the sweet pineapple for balance. Toppings including lettuce, fresh red onion, pickled jalapeno, and aguacate are present and noticeable, not overwhelming but enhancing flavors with added textures and notes of savory, spicy, and sour. The torta is completed with melted cheese and toasted bun. The al pastor recipe's 100+ year journey from Lebanon, through Mexico, to my plate picking up touches and hints along the way was done justice by Los Tlaxcaltecas.

Stumbled across this food truck during a rest stop on our roadtrip. We got the torta bravo and al pastor burrito. So so so good, we loved it! Incredible salsa too

Great taste and the salsa is spicy. They take debit/credit cards as well which gives them an edge over other trucks during those nights when you don't have cash on you. Will visit again.
