AMAZING FOOD!! The tortillas were handmade so you already know the rest of the food tastes so authentic. Everything tasted fresh and straight out of your mexican grandmas house haha. The service was great! The food came out pretty quick and the owner even gave us 2 courtesy tacos of picadillo. I had 2 birria tacos with rice and beans and everything was delicious! The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion of the meal. 10/10 definitely recommend eating here!!

Had been looking for good Mexican food truck in Bakersfield. Most of them disappointing. This one is exceptional. Their Guisado stews are amazing. So are Tortas.

As a traveling professional, I can say it is hard to come across a food truck that does Mexican food right. Los guisados is pure perfection! Had the Al pastor burrito two days in a row, it’s just that good! One of the only few places I’ve come across north of the border that does pastor the correct way. My last day in the area I had the Chicharrón en salsa verde with beans and rice. This plate tastes just like my mom makes it. The salsa is super delicious and spicy. The tortillas are great as well. I honestly cannot wait to come to this area to eat here again. I’ll be trying the birria tacos next. These guys definitely deserve more 5 star ratings and reviews on here.
