This Thai food truck is nothing short of a diplomatic mission on wheels. Their Pad Thai tastes exactly like the kind you’d inhale on a Bangkok sidewalk at midnight — bright, tangy, perfectly chaotic. And the Pad See Ewe? Those noodles are so smoky and caramelized you’d swear the chef has a direct spiritual connection to a street‑side wok master in Chiang Mai. It’s not “authentic.” It’s the original, merely choosing to grace Colorado with its presence. Also, Chef Tom is well known to offer free Thai tea for anyone who dare to ask! 😉

Outstanding Food! We got there just before closing, and all he had left was pad Thai and fried rice (that he had very little remaining should tell you something!). So we went with the pad Thai, one spicy one mild. The spicy version was tied with the best I’ve ever had! That’s a high bar because I try this dish everywhere. Well done, we will be back.

Yummm, so glad I stopped at this food truck! I got red curry and pad Thai. Both were made fresh after I ordered and were sooo tasty. I will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! Tom (Owner) is very nice and accommodating! I’ve had the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, Fried Rice and Laab. EVERYTHING has been delicious!! I just started coming last week and I’m already on my third time eating his food! 10/10
